PREMISE ENTERTAINMENT

Premise Entertainment is a Central Florida-based animation and entertainment studio dedicated to creating character-driven, family-friendly stories. Founded by award-winning director, producer, and Disney animation veteran Dominic Carola, whose career includes contributions to animated classics such as The Lion King, Mulan, and Lilo & Stitch, the studio develops original projects across animation, publishing, and film production.

In 2024, Daniel Hancock relocated to Florida to join Carola's team, serving as Character Coordinator for The Jesus Film animated feature and as an Associate Production Manager, writer, and story consultant on developing intellectual properties. These projects led to lasting relationships with artists, producers, and animation professionals from across the industry, as well as an ongoing collaboration with Carola and the Premise team.

Among the studio's many developing stories is My Neighbor, an award-winning animated short now available on Angel Studios. Inspired by the second greatest commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself," the heartfelt story follows a territorial cardinal whose reluctant act of kindness transforms his life. Following its award-winning festival success, My Neighbor continues to expand, with a full series currently in development.
