DANIEL HANCOCK

Daniel Hancock is a director, producer, and writer specializing in dramatic adventures and imaginative adaptations, with over two decades of experience bringing stories to life across theatre, film, audio drama, comics, and animation. He is the founder of Bible Actors Productions, through which he has created numerous theatrical plays and multimedia productions, including the full-cast audio drama End of Darkness.

In 2020, Daniel ventured into the world of comics as a scriptwriter, editor, and multimedia producer, collaborating with Daryl Peninton and Matt Baker as editor on Samson: Rise, and writing the award-winning graphic novel series DOMINION: Fall of the House of Saul with Dr. Barron Bell. He also created DOMINION: Border Wars, adapted Sound of the Trumpet into graphic-novel form, and wrote The Runaway Plot, a comic based on the life and writings of Frederick Douglass.

Daniel collaborated with veteran director Barry Cook as sound designer and editor for the full-cast audio play The Happy Place at Studio PB&J. He also serves as editor for PB&J Books and is co-creator of the graphic novel project Patrick of Ireland.

As a media producer for bestselling true-crime author John Leake and renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, Daniel created the promotional trailer for The Courage to Face COVID-19, as well as content for their educational Substack. He also assists in the publication and graphic design of Leake’s books and directed the true-crime documentary The Meaning of Malice.

In 2024, Daniel relocated to Central Florida, where he joined Dominic Carola’s team at Premise Entertainment and established an ongoing collaboration with filmmaker John Helms, contributing to developing intellectual properties as a creative producer, director, production manager, writer, and story consultant.

Daniel also serves as the Chief Operating Officer & Director of Organizational Development for Legacy Imperative, where he works closely with Dr. Bob Petterson and provides strategic, operational, and creative leadership across the organization.

Daniel is a versatile director and story architect known for his strong command of structure, character development, and dialogue, and for guiding projects from early concept through execution across multiple mediums. He is dedicated to creating compelling narratives that resonate deeply with audiences, while also sharing his expertise through workshops, panels, and consulting roles.
